Atelier de Teresa
Havre de Grace, MD
I have been very fortunate to work on a variety of commissions both conceptual and figurative, and in a wide variety of sizes, locations and media.
I grew up in the midwestern town of Fremont, Ohio, and now reside by the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
I realized that I was a sculptor while working on my undergraduate degree at Millersville State University in Millersville, PA. After I graduated in 1990, I served as the artist in residence, honing my skills in bronze sculpture and clay work.
Over the next 15 years I worked on a variety of individual commissions for private and business clients. I have been very fortunate to work on a variety of commissions both conceptual and figurative, and in a wide variety of sizes, locations and media.
My largest commission was for a large bronze sculpture, Baby in the Hand, for the lobby of the Womens’ Pavilion at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Two years ago, I established my studio, Aterlier de Teresa. It’s here that my latest creations in sculpture are born.
