Our glass has been fired in a red-hot kiln and "slumped" into sand molds to create individual vases, bowls and chargers. Every piece has a distinct characteristic all its own.
Mark was born and raised in Southern California. Although Mark is basically a self-taught artist, early in his career he studied Glass Design and Ceramics at USC. In 1976 he began working with stained glass. From there he progressed to ceramics and in particular, Raku vases. Mark has returned to his first love, glass and has enjoyed great success. Mark’s designs have been shown in Architectural Digest and his pieces are in collections worldwide.
Mark currently produces a large and varied line of modern slump glass pieces including table top vases, wall vases, wall art, bowls and clocks. He also makes beautiful candle holders and oil lamps.
“Our glass has been fired in a red hot kiln and “slumped” into sand molds to create individual vases, bowls and chargers. Every piece has a distinct characteristic all its own. We have combined some of our glass with different enamels to create color and excitement. Finally, the piece is completed with a wrought iron stand for a look that will enhance any home for years to come!”
